Reliable and easy to use
I’m fairly new to VPNs but CyberGhost made it simple to get started. I mostly use it to protect my data on public WiFi and watch shows from different countries. Had no issues with setup or connection so far.

Mostly good but app glitches sometimes
CyberGhost generally works well and keeps my browsing private. That said, the mobile app crashes occasionally when switching servers, which is annoying. Support was helpful though and guided me through clearing cache to fix it. I hope they optimize the app soon.

Good service with minor flaws
CyberGhost offers good security and a nice range of servers. Sometimes the connection drops for a few seconds, but it reconnects quickly. Customer support answered my questions promptly too.

Good but can improve on speed and interface
CyberGhost offers a wide variety of servers and the encryption is strong, which I value a lot. However, I’ve noticed the desktop app can be a bit sluggish sometimes, especially when connecting to new servers. The speeds are decent but I’ve had better with other VPNs during peak hours. Still, the privacy features make it worth using for me.
