Mixed bag on speed and support
I like that CyberGhost offers a lot of server options for different countries, which helps when I want to bypass content restrictions. But sometimes the connection speeds dip, especially in the evenings. I also had to wait a while for a reply from support when my app crashed mid-session. Not terrible, but could be smoother.
