Mixed feelings about the service

I’ve used Crunchyroll for a while now, and while I adore the range of shows they have, the experience hasn’t been perfect. The streams sometimes lag or buffer, especially during popular new episode releases. Also, the app occasionally crashes on my Android phone which can be really annoying when you’re mid-episode. On the plus side, the subtitles are usually accurate and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. Customer service was decent when I had to reach out but didn’t blow me away. Overall I feel it’s a decent platform but could improve on stability and fewer ads.
