Mixed Feelings on Platform Speed

CoStar’s database is definitely one of the most thorough I’ve used but I ran into some slow loading times during peak hours, which was frustrating when I was under a tight deadline prepping a proposal. The market analytics are insightful but the interface could be a bit sleeker and easier to navigate. Still, the depth of info on leasing activity and sales comps outweighs these issues for me.

Useful but a Bit Overwhelming

I like the amount of info CoStar has, especially the lease details and tenant histories. However, some reports load slowly and the interface can get confusing when juggling multiple markets. Maybe it’s just me but I wish they improved search filters sometimes I get too many irrelevant results. Still, the data itself is solid enough to keep me subscribed for now.
