Helpful but limited features
Constant Contact is decent for basic email marketing but I wish it had more advanced segmentation options. The templates are nice but sometimes feel generic compared to competitors. Still, it does what it promises without much hassle.

Mostly good but one glitch

Solid choice for email campaigns
I’ve used Constant Contact for about six months now. The campaign analytics are helpful and I get good open rates. The interface is user-friendly but sometimes the mobile editor glitches when I try to rearrange content blocks. Still, support fixed it quickly and I’m happy with the overall experience.

Good email marketing but event tools need work
I started using Constant Contact to manage both email newsletters and some event invites for my company. The email features, like list segmentation and tracking, have been solid and helped us reach customers better. However, the event management side is kind of buggy. For example, I had a registration form that didn’t save attendee info correctly and had to rebuild it twice. The support team was helpful but it took a few days to get a real fix. Also, syncing events with my Facebook page wasn’t straightforward, which slowed down promotion. Despite these hiccups, I’m using the platform more for emails now since that part runs smoothly. I hope they improve event tools soon because that would make it a great all-in-one marketing solution.
