The email tracking tools are pretty solid but I found the event management features a bit clunky and not intuitive. Also took a while to get used to the dashboard layout. Not bad but could be smoother.

I signed up mainly for event marketing features but found them less flexible than I hoped. Setting up registrations was confusing at first, and some confirmation emails didn't send out reliably. I contacted support twice and got helpful responses, but the delays were annoying. Also the integration with Facebook events wasn't smooth, which was a bummer since I rely on social media a lot. I’m sticking with it for email campaigns only, though, since that part works well enough.
