Good overall but minor annoyances
I like how easy it is to top up my account and the virtual card works well for online shopping. However, sometimes the app crashes randomly, especially during high traffic hours. Also, I wish support chat was available 24/7. Still, they fixed a payment issue quickly when I contacted them.
Mostly smooth experience
I've been using Commerzbank for about four months now and the mobile app is generally responsive and easy to navigate. The instant notifications about transactions help keep me on top of my spending, though sometimes the login takes longer than I'd like. Customer service was helpful when I needed to verify my identity for KYC, so overall pretty good.
