Decent listings but app glitches
Used Cian to look for office spaces in Boston. Listings were pretty solid and the filters helped narrow down options. However, the app crashed twice during my search, which was annoying but didn’t ruin the whole experience.

Helpful but needs better customer support
I was hunting for a commercial property last winter and Cian had a huge selection that covered multiple boroughs, which was great. The detailed floor plans and virtual tours made narrowing down choices easier. However, when I had questions about a listing’s legal status, support was slow to respond and a bit vague, which caused some delays. Despite that, the platform itself is very user-friendly and I appreciated the neighborhood crime stats included with listings. Definitely useful but could benefit from a more responsive support team.

Good variety but some outdated info
Cian offers a wide range of properties, which was great for my apartment hunt. The filters are full and the interface is easy to use. However, I ran into a couple of listings that had incorrect pricing, which was frustrating. Also, some of the photos looked old, so I double-checked with agents before visiting. still a good tool but they should update the listings more frequently to avoid confusion.
