Good site but watch condition varies
I was excited to find a rare Patek Philippe on Chrono24 and paid a premium for it. The platform provided extensive photos and specs which helped in my decision. However, when the watch arrived, it needed servicing due to some issues not mentioned in the listing. The seller wasn’t very responsive to requests for partial refunds. I reached out to Chrono24 support who offered to mediate but it took time. Next time, I’ll ask more questions and request additional photos before buying. Despite this, it’s still a useful site if you’re careful.
Good service but slow shipping
Bought a vintage Omega and the listing was spot on with clear photos. The only downside was the shipping took over two weeks, which felt longer than promised. Customer support was helpful when I asked for updates. Still, the watch itself is beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
