Good food but delivery was slow
I ordered a burrito bowl last Saturday around lunchtime. The food itself was fresh and tasty, especially liked the guac which was perfectly ripe. However, the delivery took almost 50 minutes, which was double the estimated time at checkout. The driver seemed apologetic but still, that wait made it tough to enjoy my lunch break fully.
Fresh flavors but waiting's a pain
I’m a big fan of Chipotle’s made-to-order style; their bowls are tasty and the ingredients really feel fresh every time I order. Last week I tried their new sofritas option and it was delicious, with just the right amount of spice. Unfortunately, the delivery was slower than usual, arriving about 30 minutes later than promised, which was disappointing because I was starving after work. The delivery driver was polite but the delay kinda spoiled the meal experience a bit. Hoping they get the timing down better next time.
Tasty meals but app glitches annoyed me
Ordered a few times through the app and while the food is consistently good, the ordering experience has been frustrating. The app crashed twice mid-order, forcing me to start over. Also, one delivery came late by 20 minutes without any update, which was annoying. I appreciate the quality of the food, though, so I keep coming back despite these tech hiccups.
Good food spoiled by slow delivery
I ordered a burrito and a side of chips last weekend for dinner. The food itself was delicious, particularly the cilantro-lime rice and the carne asada was flavorful and tender. Sadly, the delivery took nearly an hour, which kinda killed the vibe for a casual evening meal. Also, the rice was colder than I’d prefer by the time it arrived. I think they need to improve their delivery timing for a better overall experience.
