Mixed feelings about search results
Prices are decent but the search kept showing flights that got sold out by the time I clicked. Also, the app crashed once when I tried to compare fares quickly.

Mixed experience with cancellations
I booked a flight to Miami through Cheapflights last month and everything went smoothly until my airline canceled the trip. The site didn't update quickly, so I almost missed rebooking through another provider. Customer support was helpful but took a day to respond. Eventually, I got a refund but had to stay on top of it myself. Would be better if they handled cancellations more proactively.
