Mixed experience with cancellations
I booked a flight to Miami through Cheapflights last month and everything went smoothly until my airline canceled the trip. The site didn't update quickly, so I almost missed rebooking through another provider. Customer support was helpful but took a day to respond. Eventually, I got a refund but had to stay on top of it myself. Would be better if they handled cancellations more proactively.

Decent but confusing at times
Cheapflights generally finds good prices but sometimes the mix of airline and third-party providers makes it hard to know who I’m actually booking with. Once I had to call the airline directly for a baggage issue which was frustrating. Support could clarify this better upfront.
