Good products but packaging issues

I've been a fan of Charlotte Tilbury for a while now, especially her foundations and lipsticks. The formulas are amazing and really long-lasting, but my last order came with a cracked lipstick case which was kinda disappointing. I reached out to customer support and while they were polite, the replacement took over two weeks to arrive. Still, I love how the products make my skin look radiant, just wish the packaging was more durable.

Mixed feelings after first order

I joined the hype around Charlotte Tilbury and ordered both the foundation and their lip liner last month. The foundation looked great at first but after a few hours it felt heavy and creased around my nose which was a bit disappointing. The lip liner held up nicely though and stayed put all evening. Shipping was slightly delayed, took almost a week. I guess I’ll keep trying but maybe just for special occasions.
