I got a dress that looked fabulous on the model, but the fabric felt thinner and less luxurious. Also, the color was a bit off from what I saw online. Might just be a one-off though, since I liked other items before.

Ordered a black leather jacket and it looked perfect online. When it arrived, the stitching on one sleeve was a bit loose. Support took a while to respond so had to wear it a bit before getting a refund. Pretty frustrating but the style is cool enough that I considered keeping it.
