Good service but kitschy app design

The food arrives on time almost always, and the burgers are juicy as expected. However, the app sometimes glitches during payment which can be annoying when you're hungry and just want to finish. Customer support was helpful though when I had trouble applying a promo code, so that balanced things out.

Decent but room for improvement

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo and the fries were a bit soggy when they arrived. Took about 40 minutes to get here, which felt a bit long for a nearby location. The app gave me a discount code which was nice though.
