Convenient but some issues with freshness
I like how Blue Apron simplifies dinner planning and cooking. The recipes are pretty straightforward and the portion sizes work well for me. However, a couple of times the produce wasn’t as fresh as I expected, like the herbs were wilting early in the week. Support was responsive but it still put a damper on the experience. Hope they improve the quality control soon.

Family dinners made easy and fun
Blue Apron has been a big deal for our family dinners. We used to struggle with what to cook every night but now the kids actually look forward to helping prep the meals. The recipes are varied and not too complicated, which fits perfectly with our busy schedule. The only thing I’d improve is adding more vegetarian options, but even now there’s enough to keep us happy. Delivery is reliable and the boxes come packed with everything fresh and ready to go.

Sometimes the delivery is super quick and other times it’s late by a couple hours. I like the meals themselves but one order had a wilted salad. Customer service was okay but didn’t offer much compensation.
