I like using Bitexen for buying and selling various tokens, the interface is clean and simple. However, I had to wait about 48 hours for my withdrawal to process which was a bit frustrating. They told me the delay was due to their security checks, and the support team was polite throughout. Still, faster withdrawals would make me rate it higher.

I’ve been using Bitexen for about a year and mostly everything’s fine. Recently, I noticed a login attempt from an unrecognized device. While their two-factor authentication saved me, it was alarming that such a thing could happen. Support was responsive and helped me secure the account, but the experience left me a little uneasy. I do appreciate their wide coin selection and straightforward interface though. Just wish they prioritized more solid security alerts proactively.

I enjoy the range of cryptocurrencies available on Bitexen and their competitive fees. However, the live chat support took over an hour to answer my question about margin trading limits, which was a bit annoying. Hope they speed up their response times soon.
