I like using Bitexen for buying and selling various tokens, the interface is clean and simple. However, I had to wait about 48 hours for my withdrawal to process which was a bit frustrating. They told me the delay was due to their security checks, and the support team was polite throughout. Still, faster withdrawals would make me rate it higher.

I’ve been using Bitexen for about a year and mostly everything’s fine. Recently, I noticed a login attempt from an unrecognized device. While their two-factor authentication saved me, it was alarming that such a thing could happen. Support was responsive and helped me secure the account, but the experience left me a little uneasy. I do appreciate their wide coin selection and straightforward interface though. Just wish they prioritized more solid security alerts proactively.

Bitexen has a nice selection of tokens and the fees are competitive. Unfortunately, I had multiple instances where the web app froze during active trading sessions, causing me to miss good entry points. Customer support answered my tickets but the fixes came slowly. Also, withdrawals took longer than expected which added to the frustration. I’ll keep using it for now but hoping these bugs get ironed out soon.

I've been trading crypto on Bitexen for about six months now. The platform has decent tools for technical analysis but the liquidity on some altcoins is pretty low, which caused my orders to fill slowly or partially. I also noticed the spread during volatile periods gets quite wide, which isn't ideal for day trading. Customer support was helpful when I reached out but sometimes their responses took a day or so to arrive. not bad but room for improvement especially on order execution.
