Bitexen has a nice selection of tokens and the fees are competitive. Unfortunately, I had multiple instances where the web app froze during active trading sessions, causing me to miss good entry points. Customer support answered my tickets but the fixes came slowly. Also, withdrawals took longer than expected which added to the frustration. I’ll keep using it for now but hoping these bugs get ironed out soon.

I traded a bit on Bitexen but found navigating between order types confusing. The charts are okay but not as advanced as other exchanges I know. Also, sometimes the app crashed when I tried to refresh my balance. Not terrible but could use some polish for serious traders.

I've been trading crypto on Bitexen for about six months now. The platform has decent tools for technical analysis but the liquidity on some altcoins is pretty low, which caused my orders to fill slowly or partially. I also noticed the spread during volatile periods gets quite wide, which isn't ideal for day trading. Customer support was helpful when I reached out but sometimes their responses took a day or so to arrive. not bad but room for improvement especially on order execution.
