Good rates but some delays
Better offered me one of the best refinancing rates I found, and the digital process made comparing options easy. However, the underwriting phase dragged on longer than I hoped due to slow responses on the docs I sent. I contacted support twice but only got vague replies. Thankfully, the closing went fine and I’m saving money monthly, so overall a positive outcome despite the wait.
