I was initially excited about Bench’s promise of easy bookkeeping paired with professional help. Setting up took longer than expected because I had to upload a lot of historical data manually. Over the first three months, I noticed a few mismatched expense categories that required multiple corrections. On the plus side, the monthly financial reports are clear and helped me grasp my cash flow better. Support chat took a day or two to respond sometimes, which was frustrating during tax season.
