The website glitches when I try to load reviews, which is annoying. But prices are okay and packaging is secure.

Mixed feelings about the app and support
The app interface is visually appealing but sometimes lags when browsing lipsticks. I ordered a highlighter kit, but the tracking info updated late. Customer support was polite but took two days to respond. Still, the products arrived undamaged and with nice samples.
