Solid exchange with occasional hiccups
I started using Backpack six months ago mainly for altcoin trading. The platform offers a nice range of cryptocurrencies and the interface is straightforward enough for beginners. My only gripe is with their withdrawal times which sometimes take longer than advertised, especially during weekends. Another time, the app froze right after I hit sell, causing me to worry about duplicate orders but luckily everything processed correctly. Support gets back to you but usually after a day or two, which could be better. I’m happy but expect some rough edges.

The platform is pretty stable and handles transactions smoothly. Wish the trading fees were a bit cheaper though.
Good overall but support lacks speed
The exchange rates on Backpack are competitive and the interface feels pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it. I appreciated that I could quickly set up limit orders to catch dips in Bitcoin prices. However, I ran into some trouble verifying my ID documents which delayed my account approval by days. I reached out to support but their replies were slow, which was annoying when I wanted to start trading ASAP. Hopefully they improve their support team response time soon.
