Mixed feelings on Backpack's platform
I've been using Backpack for a couple months now to trade altcoins, but honestly the interface can be a bit clunky sometimes especially on mobile. The transaction fees aren't the lowest either, which can add up quickly if you're swapping frequently. I did notice some delays yesterday when withdrawing ETH, it took almost an hour to process. Customer support was slow to respond, which was frustrating when I needed clarification on withdrawal limits. Still, it's decent for basic trades if you don't mind the quirks.
Solid exchange with occasional hiccups
I started using Backpack six months ago mainly for altcoin trading. The platform offers a nice range of cryptocurrencies and the interface is straightforward enough for beginners. My only gripe is with their withdrawal times which sometimes take longer than advertised, especially during weekends. Another time, the app froze right after I hit sell, causing me to worry about duplicate orders but luckily everything processed correctly. Support gets back to you but usually after a day or two, which could be better. I’m happy but expect some rough edges.
Decent platform, needs better liquidity
Trading pairs are varied but I noticed some slippage when buying lesser-known tokens. The order execution can be inconsistent during peak hours. Still, the staking options they offer helped me earn some passive income which is nice.

I appreciated that I could quickly set up limit orders to catch dips in Bitcoin prices. However, I ran into some trouble verifying my ID documents which delayed my account approval by days. I reached out to support but their replies were slow, which was annoying when I wanted to start trading ASAP. Hopefully they improve their support team response time soon.

Tried to withdraw funds twice, both times stuck over 24 hours.
Reliable and user-friendly exchange
Backpack has become my go-to exchange for crypto swaps. Withdrawal speeds are decent, usually under 15 minutes for BTC. I especially like their dark mode interface which is easier on the eyes during long sessions. The mobile app hasn't crashed on me yet and supports all tokens I need. Definitely recommending it to friends getting started with crypto trading.
