Mixed feelings on Backpack's platform
I've been using Backpack for a couple months now to trade altcoins, but honestly the interface can be a bit clunky sometimes especially on mobile. The transaction fees aren't the lowest either, which can add up quickly if you're swapping frequently. I did notice some delays yesterday when withdrawing ETH, it took almost an hour to process. Customer support was slow to respond, which was frustrating when I needed clarification on withdrawal limits. Still, it's decent for basic trades if you don't mind the quirks.
