Good mix of features, slight billing confusion
I like how AWS provides a wide array of database and server options to fit different needs. However, the billing surprises can sometimes be a pain, especially with inter-region data transfers. Support is decent at helping me understand those charges. I wish the monthly cost reports were a bit clearer to plan expenses better.
Mostly Good but Pricey
AWS has great uptime and the setup for cloud hosting was straightforward. However, the billing can get confusing with all the different services I use, and sometimes the costs jump unexpectedly. Wish there was a simpler way to track usage and expenses without diving deep into the console.
Powerful but complex for newbies
I started using AWS to host our startup’s web app, and the sheer number of services was overwhelming at first. I struggled a bit with configuring the VPC and security groups, but watching some tutorials helped a lot. After a couple of months, I was able to automate deployments using CodeDeploy and handle traffic spikes with Elastic Load Balancer. The billing dashboard still confuses me sometimes and I wish the interface were simpler. Still, the robustness and uptime are unbeatable compared to simpler hosting options.
