Mostly good but slow claims
I’ve been with Aviva for a health insurance plan almost two years now. The coverage is full, and I appreciate the flexibility with adding family members. However, my last claim took way longer than expected to process, which was frustrating when I needed quick cash for medical bills. Their phone support was helpful but maybe a bit understaffed. Still, I’d recommend them if you can plan ahead.

Good coverage but app glitches
Their general insurance policies are pretty solid and affordable. I got a quote for home insurance that fit my budget. Only downside was the app kept crashing when I tried to upload documents for verification, which slowed things down a bit. the agent was helpful, so I’m mostly satisfied.
