Mixed feelings about Aviva insurance
I bought a general insurance policy last summer and at first, the rates seemed competitive. The initial setup was easy through their online portal, and the agent was patient with all my questions. However, when I tried to claim after a minor car accident, it was a hassle to get the right forms and documents approved. Took weeks to get things sorted, and the follow-up calls felt repetitive with different representatives asking for the same info. I hope they streamline this process soon, as the coverage itself seems fine.
