I planned a road trip and reserved a midsize SUV through the Avis website. The booking was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear breakdown of fees before checkout. On arrival, the pickup process was quick but they didn’t have the exact model I requested, so I got upgraded without extra charge which was a nice surprise. The car was clean and fuel efficient, and returning it at a different city location went without issues. a solid experience, though would be cool if they had more electric vehicles available.

I’ve used Avis several times for business travel and they never disappoint. Last month I rented a luxury sedan for a conference and the staff helped me upgrade for a small fee, which made the trip more comfortable. The vehicle was spotless and had all the features I wanted. Returning the car was easy at the downtown location and they even refunded a small overcharge promptly. Definitely my go-to rental company now.
