Good cars but limited options
Wanted to rent a hybrid at JFK but only standard models were available. The staff was nice but I hope they expand their eco-friendly fleet soon.

Reliable service with minor hiccups
I rented a sedan for a week and the vehicle was spotless and fuel efficient. However, I was a bit annoyed that the GPS system didn’t work properly and I had to rely on my phone. Other than that, the staff were helpful and the booking app made it easy.

Good experience but wait time was long
I reserved a compact car online for a business trip. When I arrived at the airport location, the queue was longer than expected and it took about 30 minutes to get my keys. The car itself was clean and ran well, which made up for the delay a bit. Customer service was polite but seemed understaffed that day.
