Mostly satisfied with some hiccups

Switched to AT&T broadband a few months ago and the installation went smoothly. The speeds have been consistent at around 150 Mbps which is fine for my home office setup. However, I ran into some billing confusion last cycle where I was charged twice for the same month. It took a couple of calls and emails to get it sorted out but they were polite and resolved it eventually. Not perfect but reasonable for the price.

Decent coverage but pricey plans

I’ve been a business client with AT&T for over two years, mainly for their mobile phone service and office internet. Coverage is solid in the city but when traveling just outside it, the 4G signal drops frequently which is annoying. The monthly plans offer good features but they tend to be on the expensive side compared to competitors. Customer support was helpful last time I called about a data overcharge. I’d recommend them if coverage in your area is strong and you don’t mind paying extra for reliability.

Good service but slow support

I’ve been using AT&T for nearly a year now, mostly for their internet and mobile plans. The speeds are decent for my area, but I had to wait over 30 minutes on hold when I had to call support last month. I’m happy with the connection quality but wish the customer service was quicker.
