Good listings but search filters need work
I found some nice apartments on Apartments.com, but the search filters kept glitching and resetting every time I tried to narrow down by price and pet policy. It got frustrating having to redo everything repeatedly, especially since I was on a tight schedule looking for a place to move into next month. The photos and descriptions were detailed, which helped, but the website could really improve its user interface. Customer support was slow to respond when I asked about updating listings, so I ended up checking a few other sites too.
Average Experience
Site was okay but too many outdated listings.
Mixed Experience with Listings and Support
I spent weeks checking out Apartments.com for a new spot in Brooklyn. While the site has tons of listings, the availability info was often off by days. Some landlords didn’t update their pages regularly, and I booked viewings only to find the units already rented. Support was somewhat helpful but slow, which made the search stressful. I think they could improve verification of listings to avoid wasting users’ time.
Decent Listings but Some Bugs
I used Apartments.com to look for a 2-bedroom place in downtown Chicago. The filters helped narrow down options quickly, but several listings were outdated or showed incorrect rental prices, which was frustrating. The map view occasionally glitched, making it hard to see locations properly. Customer support was slow to respond when I reported these issues. Still, I found a decent apartment after some patience.
