The price comparison tool is great and helped me find the best deal on a hotel in Rome. But during checkout, I ran into a glitch where the payment wouldn’t process for 10 minutes. Ended up switching payment methods, which worked. Support was responsive but the delay caused a bit of stress since I was booking last minute. Otherwise, the hotel was exactly as described and reasonably priced.

I used Agoda for my last trip to Tokyo and really liked the variety of accommodations available, from budget hostels to luxury hotels. The booking process was smooth, and I liked how the map feature helped me find places near the metro. Unfortunately, the hotel I booked had a noisy air conditioner that wasn’t mentioned in the reviews, and getting a refund was a bit of a hassle, though support finally helped after a couple of calls. I’ll use Agoda again but will be more cautious with hotel descriptions next time.
