The flight experience itself was fine but I was frustrated by the lack of updates during a delay. No announcements made and had to find info on my own. Not great when you’re trying to catch a connecting flight.

Flight was on time but boarding took forever. The plane was clean and the staff friendly enough. Still, the delay at the gate was annoying.

I had a rough start with an overbooked flight and got bumped to a later connection. The staff handled it well, offering vouchers and a hotel stay. It took some waiting, but at least they made an effort to fix things. Would prefer less hassle next time though.

I flew with Aeroflot last winter and had a nightmare with my checked bag. It was delayed for two days and no one seemed able to track it properly. The support staff were slow to respond and offered no clear timeline. Eventually got the bag but the whole thing left a bad taste. Will think twice before choosing them again for long trips.
