Comfortable flight with minor hiccups
The seats were surprisingly comfortable for economy. Entertainment options were limited but enough for a short flight. The baggage claim took a bit longer than expected.

Could improve on customer updates
The flight experience itself was fine but I was frustrated by the lack of updates during a delay. No announcements made and had to find info on my own. Not great when you’re trying to catch a connecting flight.

Good value for the price
Booked a flight to St. Petersburg and it went smoothly. Check-in was quick and the crew was polite. Wish the in-flight snacks were better though.

Mixed feelings about my flight

Smooth flights, friendly crew
I’ve taken Aeroflot twice now between Russia and Sweden and each time it’s been smooth sailing. The check-in process was hassle-free and the staff onboard were genuinely friendly, which makes a big difference. I also liked that they offered decent legroom compared to other airlines on similar routes. Only minor gripe was the app crashing once during booking but it didn’t spoil the trip.

Reliable and efficient flyers
I’ve flown Aeroflot several times now, mostly for business trips to Russia. They tend to be reliable with punctual departures and arrivals. The boarding procedure is usually orderly, and I’ve never had issues with lost luggage. One time I needed to change my ticket and customer support managed it quickly over the phone. The food onboard isn’t gourmet but it’s decent enough for the price. a solid choice when traveling in or out of Russia.

Unexpected issues but decent recovery
I had a rough start with an overbooked flight and got bumped to a later connection. The staff handled it well, offering vouchers and a hotel stay. It took some waiting, but at least they made an effort to fix things. Would prefer less hassle next time though.

Excellent service and smooth journey
I flew Aeroflot last month from Paris to Moscow and it was a great experience overall. The cabin crew was attentive, always checking if I needed anything. My luggage arrived on time which was a relief since I had a tight connection. The meals served were tasty, and I appreciated the variety offered in business class. Definitely would fly with them again for work trips.

Frustrating baggage experience
I flew with Aeroflot last winter and had a nightmare with my checked bag. It was delayed for two days and no one seemed able to track it properly. The support staff were slow to respond and offered no clear timeline. Eventually got the bag but the whole thing left a bad taste. Will think twice before choosing them again for long trips.
