Zooplus offers tons of pet food brands, which is great because my rabbits are picky eaters. However, two of my orders arrived with damaged bags, and some kibble was spilled. Customer service replaced the items quickly but it was a bit of a hassle. Hoping they improve their packaging soon.

The product variety is great and I found some hard-to-get cat food brands here. However, my last order took over a week to arrive, which was a bit frustrating since my cat ran out of food. Customer support was friendly but couldn't speed it up.
