Good value but support response slow
I used Zip to pay for a new phone in installments which was great because I didn’t want to pay upfront. The transaction fees were reasonable compared to other options I looked at. However, when there was a billing error, it took almost 3 days for support to respond which was frustrating. An improvement in customer service turnaround would make this a 5-star experience.
