Mixed feelings about shipping and quality

I ordered three items and two came late, which was annoying. The one that arrived on time was nice, but the fabric wasn't as soft as I expected. Customer service was polite but didn’t offer a real solution. I might give them another try later, but this time was frustrating.

Ordering was kinda confusing at first

Tried to buy a gift but the checkout process was a bit clunky on mobile. Plus the estimated delivery dates kept changing. After a chat with support, I finally got everything sorted and the gift arrived just in time. Would be great if their app was smoother for busy shoppers like me.
