Great quality and smooth return process
I bought a dress for a party and it looked exactly like on the site. The fabric felt great and the size chart was accurate. Mixed feelings about shipping and quality
I ordered three items and two came late, which was annoying. The one that arrived on time was nice, but the fabric wasn't as soft as I expected. Customer service was polite but didn’t offer a real solution. I might give them another try later, but this time was frustrating.
