I rely on Zapier to automate repetitive tasks between Salesforce, Slack, and Asana for my team. Setting up multi-step automations was a huge plus since it saved us from tons of manual work every day. However, over the last few weeks I noticed certain Zaps failing silently or running only hours after the trigger, which messed with some deadlines. Reaching out to support helped a bit but I wish they’d fix these timing glitches faster. Despite that, the range of integrations is impressive and it’s still way better than doing everything by hand.

Good tool but occasional delays
