Consistent service but fees add up
I appreciate the ease of sending money through XE and the platform is quite user-friendly. However, I noticed that for repeated transfers the fees can become quite noticeable. The exchange rates are decent but not the absolute best out there. Support is responsive, which is good, but I wish they offered loyalty discounts or better rates for frequent users like me.

Convenient but watch the timings
Typically, XE processes my transfers smoothly, and the rates are competitive. That said, last week my transfer took almost three days, which was unexpected and caused some inconvenience. Their support was helpful though and explained it was due to a weekend delay. I’ll keep using it but always plan ahead now.

Great overall but a hiccup with verification
I use XE for both personal and business transfers and have generally been satisfied with how quick and transparent everything is. Last month, I ran into a bit of a snag during the KYC process which delayed my transfer by a couple of days. The support team was responsive and helped me through it, but it was a bit frustrating since I wasn’t expecting any issues. Since then, transfers have gone smoothly again, and the currency converter tool on the site is really handy for planning ahead.
