Xbox has a killer lineup of games, no doubt, especially with the backward compatibility feature. But lately, my console’s dashboard gets stuck loading, and I lost progress in a game twice because it froze. Customer chat support was polite but couldn’t fix the bug immediately, which made me kinda frustrated. Still, the community and multiplayer features are strong, so I stick around.

I’ve been using Xbox for about a year, mostly for the Game Pass subscription. The variety of games is nice but sometimes the app crashes on my Series X during multiplayer sessions which is pretty annoying. Also ran into a delay when redeeming some digital codes last month and support was a bit slow to respond. I hope they improve these glitches because the hardware itself is solid and I love the exclusive titles.

Recently faced issues with my digital library not showing up. It took nearly a week and multiple emails before Xbox support finally sorted it out. Felt pretty annoyed because I wanted to play during the weekend. The tech side is strong but their customer service can be a real headache.
