Had a flight to Budapest recently. Loved the low fare and easy booking. However, the boarding was a bit chaotic and the plane was late departing. Customer service was polite but not very informative about the delay. Still, the flight itself was fine and on arrival everything went smoothly.

Decent airline for budget trips
