Easy return but slow refund
Returned a cookware set that was too heavy for me. The return process online was straightforward, I got a scheduled pickup which saved me a trip. But I’m still waiting on the refund after two weeks which is frustrating. Hope they speed that part up soon.
Good overall but checkout was glitchy
