Product quality uneven
Ordered a set of frying pans and one turned out to have a warped bottom. The site said they’re supposed to be durable but that one’s basically useless. Customer service was slow to respond too.

Mixed feelings about customer service
I bought a pricey blender and it stopped working after two weeks. Tried to reach out but got bounced around different reps and it took ages to get any help. The refund process is still pending so I’m stuck with a product I can’t use.
