I've ordered several times from Wildberries and appreciate the wide selection, especially for clothing and home goods. The prices are competitive and the app interface is quite user-friendly. However, my last order took almost two weeks to arrive, which was much longer than usual. Customer support was okay but didn’t give a clear reason for the delay, which was a bit frustrating.

I really like how many different products Wildberries has and often find unique items. The checkout process is mostly smooth but the app crashed twice while I was paying, which made me nervous. Still, they resolved the order quickly and I got my stuff on time.

Wildberries offers a great variety of products and most orders arrive quickly. I had a small issue with a missing item from my package last week, but support replied within a day and sent a replacement promptly. The app interface is good but could be a bit more stable, sometimes it freezes when browsing lots of items.

I like shopping for electronics here because the prices beat other sites easily. But when I had an issue with a delayed delivery, the support team was slow to respond and I had to follow up several times. Would be better if they improved that part.
