Trading is okay but I ran into issues with the mobile app crashing during volatile market times. Also, liquidation prices sometimes seemed off which made me nervous. Support helps but response time varies a lot.

I started using WhiteBIT about six months ago. The trading pairs cover most of what I need and the fees are reasonable. Still, the mobile app has some bugs that cause occasional freezes when viewing candlestick charts. Also, the verification process was slower than I expected, taking almost 48 hours to complete. Support is friendly but sometimes slow to reply. Overall okay but I’ve seen smoother experiences elsewhere.
