Sent $500 in crypto to WhiteBIT and the deposit never showed up in my account. Contacted support multiple times but they kept giving generic replies and no real help. Feeling totally ignored and might file a complaint unless this gets resolved fast. Really disappointing experience for first time deposit.

I started using WhiteBIT about six months ago. The trading pairs cover most of what I need and the fees are reasonable. Still, the mobile app has some bugs that cause occasional freezes when viewing candlestick charts. Also, the verification process was slower than I expected, taking almost 48 hours to complete. Support is friendly but sometimes slow to reply. Overall okay but I’ve seen smoother experiences elsewhere.

I've used WhiteBIT for nearly a year now, mostly for trading BTC and ETH. The platform UI is intuitive and the trade execution speed is impressive. But last time I tried to withdraw some USDT, the process took longer than usual, nearly three days, which got me worried. Customer support explained it was due to network congestion and eventually fixed it, but it felt inconvenient for a quick move. I hope withdrawal times improve because otherwise, it's a great service.
