Good hardware, but support lags

Reliable miners, but delivery delays
I ordered two Whatsminer M30S units in early April to expand my mining farm. Unfortunately, the delivery was pushed back twice, which set back my project timeline. Once I got them, setup was pretty smooth and the miners perform as advertised. The hash rates are consistent and power efficiency is good compared to older rigs I had. Support was helpful when I asked about shipping status, though the overall delay was disappointing.

Good product but support could improve
My Whatsminer M30S works fine with solid hash rates, but I was a bit annoyed by how slow the customer support chat was when I had questions about setup. It took almost 12 hours to get a reply, which is frustrating when you're dealing with mining downtime. Otherwise, the hardware itself is solid and runs cool. Hoping support speeds up responses.
