Mixed experience with MicroBT miner
I ordered the Whatsminer M31S Pro back in March hoping to boost my mining farm. The rig delivers decent hashpower and the cooling system works fine. However, the initial delivery was delayed by nearly two weeks without clear updates. Also, the firmware update process was confusing and caused some downtime, which I couldn't afford. Support was polite but slow to respond, so it was a bit stressful managing the downtime.
